When I say test your outsourcers, I really mean it. Once of the things that I highly recommend is that you don’t just give a new outsourcer a big project to start off with. I suggest that you find some little things to test out different outsourcers with so that you can see how they work and what their skills actually are. The reason why you need to do this is because if you don’t know what kind of skills the outsourcers has, then you won’t know what they really should be doing for you.

Monitor Everything

When it comes to outsourcing work one of the things beginners don’t understand is they have to be the boss. A boss doesn’t just give a worker a task and hope it gets done correctly, they monitor everything until they feel comfortable with the outsourcers work. If you want to make sure everything is getting done the way you would do it, then you need to check everything. I know this puts a little bit of responsibility on you but the truth is that this is a necessary task if you want to be successful.

Utilize Different People

Do you know how many outsourcers you want to have? If you think one outsourcer is enough, then think again. The reason I say this is because you need to have one outsourcer for every task that you need done. Most people think that it is a blessing if they can find somebody to do 5 different things but the truth is that it is more of a curse. The reason I say this is because you want to hire somebody that has one specific skill because that way you know that they fully dedicated to doing that for you.

Create A Team

The last tip that I have for you is to simply create a team. Like I said before, you need to have a different outsourcer for every task that you need. I know that it takes a little bit of time to find so many people but once you have your team together it will make the entire money making process so much easier.

Example: Lets say you are creating small 10 page websites. One of the things I would do is hire an outsourcer to write all the content. I also would find somebody to install WordPress and all the plugins on the site and I would then hire another outsourcer to build all the backlinks. So far I would need 3 outsourced workers in order to get the website up and running. And my part in all of this, I would just be the middleman and the quality control guy. That is how simple outsourcing can be when you do it correctly.

As you can see, outsourcing is as much about you as it is the outsourcer. If you are going to be successful, then it is a must to create a team that will do what you need them to do and when you need them to do it. One thing you will quickly figure out when you outsource work is that the more time and effort you put into completing your team, the more money you will make.

One final thing that you need to understand is that outsourcing is not for everybody and it takes a certain type of person to be able to manage other people. If there is one skill that you need here, it would be management skills and delegation. Trust me, with these two skills you will be able to handle a good amount of people without experience a lot of stress from your money making venture.
