PPC Tips Written by 0

Pay per click advertising has become the best way to advertise online. With it being only 12 years old, its still a very new form of advertising compared to banner, TV, radio advertising and more. This also means that although it is considered one of the best ways to advertise in this modern world, many advertisers are rather keeping to old habits by sticking with old advertising forms instead of going with new advertising forms such as PPC. However, any advertiser knows that to gain success, experimentation must happen be whatever advertising form you use. Therefore, if you haven’t used PPC before, try it: experiment. Sticking to the title of this article, there are many reasons why you as an advertiser should use PPC.

It’s Immediate.

One of the many benefits to PPC is the fact you can start up from scratch a fully functioning campaign within minutes. For those that are under time constraints (which I think are quite a lot of people), PPC is the perfect form of advertising for you. Compare PPC to SEO. To get to the top of Google’s search results requires a great pagerank and hundreds of high quality articles. You can get above that within five minutes by making an advertising campaign through Google Adwords.

It’s Super Cost Effective.

PPC is the most cost effective solution to advertising online. Why? The reason is because you only ever pay once your advert has been clicked. This is why I don’t like as much. You may have potentially paid for 30 days of advertising space without a single guaranteed click. At least with PPC you know that you will only pay out when you get results.

It’s Contextually Targeted.

With the benefit of choosing keywords, PPC links targeted traffic to your adverts which ultimately will improve your conversion rate greatly. This makes clear that you won’t have to do as much work as you would have done for other advertising forms. You metaphorically tell PPC what to do and it gets on and does the work.

The Perfect Market Research.

I have spoken about this a lot because it is so important to make advertisers realise how good a market research tool PPC is! Through analysing your landing page’s success, you can find out your customer’s spending habits and potentially ‘what makes them click’. The research you can gain from a PPC campaign is so significant to success in PPC.

Millions of Advertisers Can’t Be Wrong!

There are millions and millions of advertisers around the world using PPC personally and for business use too. Whenever you are in doubt about what to do, sometimes the best thing to do is to go with the flow. If I haven’t given you enough reasons to use PPC, maybe the rest of the world can.  Led by the internet giant Google themselves, you can’t go wrong with PPC.

After reading this article, I hope that if you haven’t tried PPC before you are going to now try it. You won’t need much funding to produce a sample campaign. See how PPC works. See the results you gain. You can lead a horse to a river but you can’t make it drink the water. I have tried to persuade you to try PPC for the reasons above. Now its your turn to try PPC yourself.
