Unfortunate as it may sound, Yahoo will be closing down Yahoo Site Explorer. Yahoo has just announced the date for the closure. It will be closing Yahoo Site Explorer today, Monday, November 21, 2011.  Later today, Site Explorer will cease to exist.

The short Yahoo blog post reads:

With the completion of algorithmic transition to Bing, Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools. Webmasters should now be using the Bing Webmaster Tools to ensure that their websites continue to get high quality organic search traffic from Bing and Yahoo!. Site Explorer services will not be available from November 21, 2011.

Bing Webmaster Tools has pretty much all the same information but you will have to have their tools installed on your website.  I suggest that you do that anyways because it will help you to have that and Google Analytics.  It’s like having two different things to help you know what’s going on with your site.

Majestic SEO and SEOmoz are great tools to help you find this information but as for an actual search engine that gives you insight on your inbound links and pages.
