If you’re a PPC manager with several PPC account you have to be very organized and plan time for each client. Me personally like to set a specific PPC goal for each one of my clients. Planning for each one of my clients and planning out their time will help me to always make sure I’m going through their accounts and making them money. Here are a few tips to help you plan your PPC accounts throughout the month.
Keeping Track of Everything
I keep track of everything in Basecamp. I plan out each client on the 31st of every month for the next month.  You should plan out at least one day for each client per week. It doesn’t need to be a long time but you should be spending time on each one. Some smaller clients will only need 5 min per week. Other clients may need an hour or two once a week. Heck, some clients may need an hour everyday.
I always determine how much time each client needs by how much money they are paying me. If you want more of my time you need to pay me for it. Your time is valuable and you need to charge for it. If your clients are willing to pay for your time then you really shouldn’t manage their account. It’s time to fire a client.
When to Fire a PPC Client?
I wrote a really good article earlier this week about “When to fire your PPC client.” It’s amazing to be able to go to a client and tell them that you don’t need their business. Try it, get rid of the client that sucks.
Every Client deserves your time. You should schedule out your time over the month so that you’re giving each client the time that they deserve. You should be able to decide this by how much money they are paying you, how much their daily spend is, and how much attention the boss needs every month. Managing accounts does take time but if you plan out your days you can give each account the time it deserves.

I totally agree with you on this one… If you are planning out everything this will help you to know how to handle an account and give you more time for other accounts and new clients.
